This is a genuine review from a deeply dissatisfied customer. I purchased a Fitbit Versa 4 two months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since.Faulty Calorie Count and Misleading Customer SupportRight off the bat, I noticed that the calorie count was wildly inaccurate. It showed 1700-1800 calories burned even when I wasnât wearing the watch. I contacted support, and after a factory reset, the problem persisted. Despite providing screen captures and meeting all their requirements, they acknowledged the defect and promised a replacement (without the strap). However, after an email informing me of warehouse issues and delays, my case was inexplicably closed without receiving my replacement.App Issues and Poor Performance# Terrible App Design: Changing the watch face requires the app to be open on the watch itself. Even then, it only works 2 out of 10 times. The available watch faces are abysmal, and using a more elaborate face slows the watch down significantly.# Unreliable Strap: On the first day, the strap fell off without any physical activity or exertion.# Inaccurate Sleep Tracking: The sleep detection feature is far less accurate compared to other fitness watches Iâve used.# Subpar Call Functionality: Answering calls through the watch is a joke. It takes forever to connect, often resulting in missed calls. The sound quality is atrocious, making it nearly impossible for the caller to understand you.Rude and Unhelpful Customer ServiceSupport calls are routed to some Asian country, where representatives are not only rude but also powerless to help. They advised me to follow up every 2 days, threatening to close my case again if I failed to do so.Iâve given Fitbit more than enough chances to resolve these issues, but my patience has run out. This review is a warning to others to think twice before wasting their money on this worthless product. Avoid Fitbit Versa 4 at all costs.

Strip and the hook coming off
Itâs little over 8months and the strip comes off and the dial fell couple of times. The plastic hook is also coming off every time these days. Donât know if itâs covered in warranty. I wish the company takes care of these small but important usability issues.

I’ve been using Versa 4 for a month now. It was hard decision to choose between versa 3 & 4. Since i wasn’t upgrading any fitbit device I’m new to the fitbit community i went on with the latest buy versa 4. Gotta say I’m impressed so far. It mostly suits me for helping me change my sleeping routine which is very basic need but i used to suck at it!. Making the sleep patterns so accurate and in visual graphics make it easier for me to understand my sleep and how my body responds. Even though I’m the last person to go for a workout, this watch has made me way more active than before!

Wow battery life
Switched to the Fitbit Versa 4 from an Apple Watch. The Fitbit works very well on Android and iOS, is really light to wear, has a decent selection of straps and watch guards on Amazon. Battery life for me is 5 days which is superb and it charges really fast too!

Good Product with all the features working as expected by Fitbit. If your buying for iPhone, app will give you so much trouble in connecting to mobile, sending notifications and receiving call on smart watch, but works fine in Android mobiles.

Very helpful in tracking sleep, heart rate. It’s not completely accurate but it is a good product for base line information. I charge it 9nce a week, and after 7 days it’s only down to 25% battery life so it could probably last a few more days
