I bought a boAt smart watch first. The box was open and in use. I asked Amazon to replace it the same day I received it, but they held it for a week. When that time came to an end, Amazon declined to provide a replacement. I then got in touch with boAt customer service, but they don’t have any direct connection channelsâall of their correspondence is digital and computerized. It wasn’t even linked to an iPhone. After a week, they picked up the material from me and returned because it suited their requirements. In any case, I lost my money and it’s still not connecting to my iPhone. After that, I bought “beatXP.” and connected to my iPhone without any problems, functioning as intended.Aside from collecting commissions, Amazon’s management these days does a terrible job of serving their important consumers. For 13â14 years, I was a frequent Amazon customer. After this incident I reduced to purchase anything from Amazon. My dear, that is all.

service against warranty
Beat XP dont have proper customer service. My watch stopped working with in a year. it was against one year warranty so i contacted through their customer service number atleast 7-8 times but they dont have phone customer servicee as nobody answers from other side but then you get the watsapp msg to write your complaint with proper video. I did this and i received complaint number After half an hour received watsapp msg that my complaint is resolved. Product ( watch ) is with me nobody contacted me and repaired it but my complaint resolved. Dont know how? I though it may be thei mistakes so i raised another complained after 3-4 days but same thing happened.I spoke with amazon and they told me to visit Beat XP service centre near me. I came to know that this watch is china product and they dont have any service centre in India.
