Good looking watch, Great packaging. But need confirmation about it’s genuineness as product code doesn’t match when you try to register on Fossil website. Fossilcare & Amazon as well couldn’t provide satisfactory justification.

The dial is heavy and of big size. 3.5 cm around. Even the belt is hefty. Overall it’s a heavy design looks manly. Not at all dainty. Buy only if you are looking for such a kind of design

Poor service by Fossil
Irrespective of the product, one thing customer should be made aware of, is the Customer service/Post purchase service by Fossil. Customer service is very poor. Customers, keep in mind that there is only service centre in India (Bangalore). You need to send to Bangalore service centre for repair work.I hope Fossil understands what customers want (good product + good post purchase service).After my 3rd Fossil watch I am switching again to Indian brands.Better to go for Indian brands as it gives best service.
